VPlans includes seventeen modules in five groups, and all of them are included in the package:

VPlans implementation runs for ninety days across six stages: a kickoff meeting that sets goals, mapping of departments and working methods, environment setup and team training, a management checkpoint, hands-on support in the field, and a wrap-up that hands the process to the organization. Each stage has defined deliverables and measurable milestones, and migrating material from previous systems is done at no cost. Success also depends on the customer's team being available, so a process owner and leading roles are defined in the first stage.

VPlans is priced per project per month and includes every module, with unlimited users and unlimited storage. There is no per-seat charge, so the whole team, along with consultants and contractors, can be added to a project without weighing the cost of each account. Current prices are published on the pricing page, and a tailored package is built for large companies or unusual niches.

VPlans manages the warranty period from the moment a ticket is opened until it is closed: the tenant reports a defect, the ticket is routed to the responsible owner or subcontractor, and response and resolution deadlines are recorded. All correspondence, photos and signatures are kept on the apartment record, giving the company complete documentation that reduces disputes and legal exposure. Management can see at any moment how many defects are open, how long they take to resolve, and which subcontractors repeat the same failure.

Handover in VPlans runs in three stages: quality control inside the work process, an internal company handover, and then the handover to the buyer with a signed handover protocol. The punch list is captured on site from a phone, including photos and markup on the plan, and each item is assigned to an owner with a due date. A complete handover protocol is produced at the end, and any items left open continue into warranty-period management.

Yes. In urban renewal projects VPlans tracks landowner signatures, the documents and details for every rights holder, and the progress status of each building in the project. In parallel, the tenant changes module manages buyer requests to modify an apartment, the engineering approvals, the resulting charges and the schedule impact. That lets the same project run in one system both while organizing the tenants and during construction.

VPlans is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 by the Standards Institution of Israel, certificate number 1125804, covering development and maintenance of the project management system, and the certificate itself is published on the site. Data is encrypted, hosted on AWS infrastructure and backed up regularly, and the company operates in compliance with GDPR with a data processing agreement available to customers. Permissions are role based, so every user, consultant, subcontractor or tenant sees only the information defined for them.

VPlans connects to the tools a company already uses, including WhatsApp, Facebook, Gmail and Microsoft Outlook, Google and Outlook calendars, ERP systems such as Priority and SAP, and Autodesk BIM 360. Leads, messages and meetings arrive in the system without double entry, and financial data stays in sync with the accounting system. An open API is also available for custom integrations with internal systems.
